Info | Rep. Connie J. Cierpiot, a Republican, represents part of Jackson County (District 52) in the Missouri House of Representatives.
In addition to her legislative duties, Rep. Cierpiot is: a Jackson County Republican Committeewoman; president of the Republican Club of Greater Kansas City; a member of the Santa Fe Trails Women's Republican Club; co-founder of the Mother's Refuge for the Pregnant and Unborn, which is a residence facility in Independence for unwed teenage mothers; on the Board of Directors for S.T.O.P. Now! (Stop Taxing Our People Now!), which is a watchdog/advocacy group registered in Kansas and Missouri; a member of the International Press Association; co-founder for FIRED UP, which is a conservative political action committee registered in Missouri; a member of Missouri Right to Life; a member of Concerned Women for America.
Rep. Cierpiot is also a member of the Plaza Heights Baptist Church in Blue Springs, Missouri.
Before serving with the House, Rep. Cierpiot was involved in many years of volunteer service, church/ministry work and grass roots political work. She also was a PTA member.
Born June 6, 1953, in Kansas City, Rep. Cierpiot graduated from Cardinal Glennon High School in 1971 and has been married to Charles Michael (Mike) Cierpiot for 24 years with whom she currently resides in Independence. They have twin sons, Patrick Stuart and Lucas Benjamin, who are sophomores at Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville.
