| Info | ROGERS, Sion Hart, a Representative from North Carolina; born near Raleigh, Wake County, N.C., September 30, 1825; attended the common schools, and was graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1846; studied law; was admitted to the bar in 1848 and commenced practice in Raleigh.
