| Info | Jay Marcus graduated from the University of Virginia Law School, and has practiced law for 25 years, representing individuals, start-up businesses and publicly-owned companies. He has represented numerous farming operations and was part owner of a dairy farm in Western Iowa. He has written three books and several professional articles on management, ethics and criminal justice. His book The Crime Vaccine was described by Bookviews as one of the five best new non-fiction books. The Marcus family has resided in Fairfield since 1982. Jay's wife, Susan, was raised in Cedar Rapids and Des Moines and attended the University of Iowa.
