"Mike Leibowitz is a fourth generation resident of Lower Merion Township in southern Montgomery county. He attended public schools in Lower Merion Township an d graduated from Lower Merion High School. He then earned a BA in Economics from American University in Washington, D.C. and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania.
