Info | Michael Wolfe is currently in his final year of a Biology Degree at UBC, with a Major in Conservation Biology, and plans to continue into graduate studies and focus on habitat conservation. He has also completed the Environmental Studies Program at Langara College. He has lived in the same home built by his grandfather for all of his 23 years, located only one block from the Richmond Nature Park. He travels through the local trail network every week, performing hydrology research at six sites throughout the park and adjacent DND property. His data collection and assistance with birdbanding and small mammal trapping has benefited the unique habitat through completion of the bog inventory. Since his early high school years, Michael has volunteered for the park along with studying the flora and fauna in a natural setting, and he currently works at the Richmond Nature Park.
