Norm Macdonald lives in Golden with his wife Karen and two teenage daughters. Currently principal of Nicholson Elementary School, Norm has taught in Invermere, Kimberley, Golden, and Africa. Norm shares his love of sports by coaching basketball and soccer.
Norm was elected Mayor of Golden in 1996. Norm's leadership helped strengthen Golden's traditional industries while diversifying the economy through development of the value- added and tourism sectors. He will be a strong advocate in Victoria for all his constituents.
