Jenrette, co-founder of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (CEO of Equitable Insurance at time of employment). Evaluated quality of work by contractors; directed all monetary payments; negotiated all contracts; developed time line and budgetary items; handled logistical problems; coordinated all aspects of project. Stayed on as Property Manager involved in day to day operations of this 200 acre property. Continual evaluation of on going projects with contractors and employees, developed extensive cost cutting measures; terminated underperforming and dishonest contractors; eliminated unneeded and repetitive job positions.

Results: Owner realized substantial cost savings on the reconstruction and reduced full time staff from seven to one. Project completed in an extremely cost effective manner well ahead of owners schedule and expectations.

SUPERVISED/MANAGED marketing and public relations efforts for Hollywood writer/director Oliver Stone's Telluride, Colorado Ranch (Sanctuary Ranch) as President of Elysium Estate Services, Inc. Completed extensive "story boarding" session; determined feeder markets; developed extensive marketing plan directed toward proper demography; secured joint venture efforts with other local businesses; motivated reservationist and travel industry through property tours; coordinated numerous media events for journalists; created general awareness of previously unknown property. Implementation of first global reservation system for short term rental of luxury homes as President of Elysium Estate Services, Inc.

Results: For Mr. Stone's property; over 150 inquiries and first confirmed booking within three months; dozens of articles placed in publications worldwide. Elysium Estate Services received exposure that led to expansion of business.

SUPERVISED/MANAGED growth of small contracting business into one of the largest multifaceted companies of its kind in the state. Negotiated numerous contracts; developed ongoing marketing and promotional events, including producing and hosting informational production on local radio; analyzed financial documents continually; evaluated employees performance and wage negotiations; determined inventory quantities; initiated various quality control measures.

Results: Hundreds of successful bids led to rapid expansion of contracting and retail divisions.
