"David Oh was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 8, 1960. He graduated from Dickinson College and Rutgers University School of Law, Camden. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Oh is the Managing Attorney for The Law Firm David Oh, P.C., a thirteen attorney practice based in Philadelphia. The firm's clients include SmithKline Beecham, The Quaker Oats Company, HSBC Bank USA, University of Pennsylvania, PMA Insurance Company, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, City of Philadelphia, Kemper National Insurance Companies, Reliance Insurance Company, CHUBB Insurance Companies, Legion Insurance Company, First USA Bank, National Institute of Business Management, State Workmens' Insurance Fund, Thomas Jefferson University, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), Mercy Health Corporation, and the School District of Philadelphia.

Mr. Oh was responsible for organizing Governor Tom Ridge's itinerary when he visited Korea in May 1999. Mr. Oh is currently responsible for organizing the Governor's Asian American Advisory Task Force. He served on the Transition Team for former Philadelphia Mayor Ed Rendell. He also served on the State Legislature's Workers' Compensation Reform Advisory Board which helped draft Pennsylvania's most recent law on workers' compensation, Act 57.
Mr. Oh is a former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney, former General Counsel of The WEFA Group and former Director of the Asian Law Center, a free legal services organization. He served as an officer in the U.S. Army's 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Mr. Oh's awards include the 1995 Humanitarian Award (the National Conference of Christians and Jews, Philadelphia Region), The Outstanding Young Leader Award 1994 (Philadelphia Jaycees), Outstanding Asian American 1990 (Pan-Asian Council) and a 1985 Human Rights Award (Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations). In November 1998, The Player magazine identified Mr. Oh as one of Philadelphia's "14 Fabulous Leaders of the Next Millennium".
Mr. Oh is currently State Chairman, Pennsylvania Asian Americans For Bush and is responsible for organizing the RNC Asian American Reception & Celebration. He served as one of twelve members of Governor Tom Ridge's statewide re-election executive committee and was State Chairman, Asian Americans for Ridge/Schweiker."
