| Info | I'm married to Loraine, two children, Andrew and Jessica, both at school in Truro. I went to Truro School, worked at Holmans of Camborne, Mount Wellington tin mine, Phillips Frith in St Austell, and in six countries overseas. I'm 52, and sail Moonlight, a Falmouth working boat.

This will be our last ever British General Election, if Parliament ratifies the EU Constitution next year. This abolishes Britain as an independent nation, and then abolishes Cornwall as a county.
The EU Constitution is a blueprint for a dictatorship. EU laws already passed (eg the Civil Contingencies Act, the EU arrest warrant) empower the EU to be a police state. The 103,000 EU regulations already passed, when fully enforced, will close hundreds of thousands more businesses and tightly control our private lives.
Only UKIP will avoid all this by taking us out of Europe immediately. I also stand for the restoration of our democracy, halting massive waste in government, and the repeal of all EU regulations. There are 205 independant nations outside Europe; Britain, with the 4th most successful economy in the world, will make it handsomely as a full and free nation.
UKIP won all of Cornwall in last years June 10th elections. Thank you all. Please do it again!
