Don Beyer's auto dealerships have served Northern Virginia for more than 27 years. A family business founded in 1973 by Don and Nancy Beyer, the dealerships are now owned and managed by sons Don, Jr. and Michael.
Committed to excellence in all areas of the dealership, Don Beyer Volvo is currently ranked No. 1 in Volvo's Central Region of more than 100 dealers, is the top pre-owned select Volvo dealership in the country and has the nation's best parts inventory. Twice the dealership has been the Grand Award Winner for Highway Safety for the United States, awarded by the Highway Safety Patrol.
Dedicated to serving his community, Beyer was elected Lieutenant Governor of Virginia in 1989 and served until 1998. He presided over the Virginia Senate, earning the reputation as the most active president of the Senate in Virginia history. On a local level, Beyer serves as chairman for Jobs for Virginia Graduates, a high school dropout prevention program for at-risk students. He is the founder and sponsor of the Falls Church Memorial Day 3K Fun Run and coaches numerous sports teams for area youth.
