Brown, Jr.; reelected to the Sixty-fifth, Sixty-sixth, and Sixty-seventh Congresses and served from May 9, 1916, to March 3, 1923; unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1922 to the Sixty-eighth Congress; president of the People’s Trust Co.; died in Martinsburg, W.Va., December 7, 1925; interment in the Presbyterian Cemetery, Gerrardstown, W.Va.
