I, Papa X, candidate for the office of Governor in the year 2006 have chosen No Party Affiliation having received, read and understood the requirements of Chapter 106, Florida Statutes to run for Governor of Florida in 2006. And hopefully by the end of 2005 I will have visited every high school, college, university, and juvenile detention center in Florida to let our future know the importance of voting.
