InfoTheresa LePore began her employment in the Elections Office in June of 1971. Beginning as a file clerk, she worked her way up to Assistant Supervisor of Elections in 1978. Upon the retirement of the incumbent Supervisor, she was elected in 1996 as Supervisor of Elections for Palm Beach County. She was re-elected, without opposition in 2000.

Theresa is a native of West Palm Beach and lives in Lake Clarke Shores with her husband, Michael Lally. She is a graduate of Cardinal Newman High School and Palm Beach Junior College (now Palm Beach Community College) and attended Florida Atlantic University.

Ms LePore is a member of ASPA (American Society of Public Adminisrators), FSASE (Florida State Association of Supervisors of Election), IACREOT (International Association of Clerks, Recorders, Election Officials and Treasurers), The Election Center, Kiwanis of Flagler Sunrise, League of Women Voters, and the Women's Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. She has served as Secretary, Vice-President, and President-Elect for FSASE and is currently serving as the organization's President.

In her "spare time", Ms LePore enjoys cross-stitch, reading, travel, softball and raquetball. She is involved in a number of community activities including the Marine Corps "Toys For Tots" Program.
