| Info | He has long been active in homeowners associations, serving as president of the Southwest Richardson Homeowners Association and the Richland Meadows Neighborhood Association. A native of Oklahoma, he did his undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma and Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He received his master’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
