Formerly the Madison Thunderbolts, the team was moved to Rockford for the 2005 OCFL season. When asked why the team was relocated, AutoGuy replied, 'Madison's a great place to play football, but Rockford needs all the help it can get. A world-class fantasy football team is what Rockford really needs to put it on the map. I mean, not that there's anything wrong with Rockford's boisterous Sockmonkey Madness Festival...'
