Working as an educator for the Peel District School Board, Karitsa shares her passion for the environment with staff and students through hands-on initiatives. Before entering the education sector, she worked for the Ministry of the Attorney General and spent several years in media production. She holds a Bachelor of fine arts with honours at Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of education from Charles Sturt University.
