First elected in 2021, Mark championed the need for an Access PEI office in Cornwall to improve access to government services, enhancement of public transit and local roads, and development of active transportation in the district.
As Minister of Finance, Mark has helped deliver cost-of-living support to Islanders, incentives for more housing, and tax reductions for low-income Islanders and small businesses.
Mark has started and operated several businesses and organizations, earning a national young entrepreneurship award from the Business Development Bank of Canada.
