Hi, my name is Thomas Hwang and I am seeking to represent Ohio’s 15th Congressional District, which is made up of (12) counties including, all of Clinton, Fairfield, Hocking, Madison, Morgan, Perry, Pickaway, and Vinton counties, and parts of Athens, Fayette, Franklin, and Ross counties.
I am not a politician, I am a small business owner who knows the keys to America’s success are lower taxes, less regulations and protecting our individual freedoms.
My parents were Chinese Christians who fled Communist China and settled in the small rural Ohio town of Waverly.
After graduating from Waverly High School, I earned a BS degree from Stanford University in Biological Sciences, a BS dual degree in Mathematics and Physics from The Ohio State University, and a Master’s of Science degree in Physics from the University of Maryland.
My campaign is all about opportunity and freedom. America has given me so many opportunities to succeed, it was almost impossible for me to not succeed. I want everyone to have the same opportunities and freedom that I had, in this generation and the next.
I will vote to support the Republican values of less regulation, lower taxes, reducing the deficit, being pro-life, completing the border wall, supporting our military and law enforcement, supporting the 2nd Amendment and protecting individual freedoms.
