Info | A born and raised Yukoner, Morgan graduated from the French Second Language Program at F.H. Collins Secondary School in Whitehorse. He loves flying and obtained his private pilot’s license at the age of 17 through the Air Cadet program. He is working towards completing his commercial pilot’s licence and has already achieved an aviation-oriented Business Administration diploma from the University of Victoria.
Morgan is an Administration Assistant with the Challenge Disability Resource Group.
Between the ages of 12 and 18, Morgan was a part of 551 Whitehorse Lions Royal Canadian Air Cadets Squadron, where he was awarded with a Lord Strathcona Medal and a Legion Medal of Excellence. During his time with cadets, he was the deputy squadron commander and developed strong leadership skills. He represented the north alongside the northern region cadet national biathlon team and was awarded the top cadet coach award. He also represented Canada in France for the 70th anniversary of D-Day in 2014.
Interested in politics from an early age, in 2015, Morgan attended the Forum for Young Canadians in Ottawa experiencing Canada’s political system first-hand.
