Info | After studying at Collège de Maisonneuve, Luc Ménard was admitted to the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal and obtained a law degree in 1983.
In 1985, the Barreau du Québec issued him a licence to practise as a lawyer, marking the beginning of a career in commercial and corporate law that had lasted more than 35 years. In his legal practice, he has set up and organized numerous companies, both for new entrepreneurs and for those in expansion.
Luc Ménard is passionate about nature. The beauty and tranquility of the great parks of the green and blue island ensure him bliss.
By the way, Luc Ménard's Montreal roots run deep, his grandfather, Léo Ménard, and his great-grandfather, Adjutor Ménard, operated a family printing house in Montreal. Adjutor Ménard was the printer-editor of a book published in 1917 entitled Les Origines de Montréal - Mémoires de la Société Historique de Montréal.
In the 2003 provincial election, Luc Ménard was a candidate for Mario Dumont's Action Démocratique du Québec (ADQ).
