InfoI was born at the Misericordia Hospital, in the City of Winnipeg, on October 8, 1959. I am the youngest of five children having one older brother and three older sisters; one has departed; yet I still feel her heart and spirit with me. My loving parents and family have always encouraged me in my endeavors.

For twelve years I worked in residential construction as a carpenter, briefly as a hostler for the CPR, three years in the oilfield while working on a farm raising thoroughbreds (racehorses), I then chose to re-educate as an Instrumentation Engineering Technologist.

Since February 7th 1994, the City of Winnipeg's Water & Waste Department has employed me as an Instrumentation Technician II. I work for this city and will continue to work to promote a healthy and vibrant city, which places its highest priority on the quality of life for all of its citizens.

My family consists of my former partner Linda, and our three wonderful children; David, 27 Adam,16 and Samantha,15 years of age.

I am associated with: Plan Winnipeg, Save our Seine, Resident Advisory Groups, Civic Environmental Committee, National Round Table on the Environment, Manitoba Eco Network Spiritfest and most recently the Winnipeg Music Festival.

I am currently organizing for the Green Party of Canada in the federal election and am serving on the Green Party of Manitoba council as external liaison.

Through the years, I have studied personal, group, and systems development. I am always striving to absorb greater understanding. Tempered with unique knowledge, skills, energies, and love for people; combined with the help and support of those who surround me, we will make the necessary changes finally Moving Winnipeg Forward.
