Gillett; reelected to the Sixtieth and Sixty-first Congresses and served from November 6, 1906, to March 3, 1911; unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1910 to the Sixty-second Congress; resumed his occupation as a mining engineer; died in Oakland, Calif., February 10, 1915; interment in Pine Grove Cemetery, Nevada City, Calif.
