InfoCharles Fowler is "Worker-Friendly"

"Perhaps the most important thing the voter needs to know about me, is that I am forever the friend of the American worker. My parents and both sets of grandparents raised cotton and picked it by hand, just like Sally Field in "Places of the Heart."

Charles Fowler is a worker

I worked through High School as a delivery man for the local Television and Appliance store. I worked my way through College, part time for an Oilfield Products Company on the docks and later for a furniture company. I have worked on large construction sites, laying steel for concrete work and under cranes lifting 5 ton slabs of concrete. I have spent summers in hot attics installing air conditioning duct.

I have been blessed in my life to have worked for some great men and women who served as mentors for me. But I have also seen many inequities in the work place.

"Do You Get Representative Government With Your Elected Officials?"

by Bryan L. Raile, Campaign Manager

Charles Fowler believes in Representative Government

When the founding father came up with the Idea of Representative Government, what did they have in mind?

"That when you elected someone, they would be just like you in many respects. If you were hard working, they would be hard working. If you valued something, they would also. Because your representative would have had similar life experiences, values and beliefs as you do!

That is what Representative Government is!

When you consider a candidate, ASK THESE QUESTIONS:

Has this candidate ever:

Punched a time clock or worked for an hourly wage?

Has this candidate ever worked shifts, midnights or swing-shift?

Has this candidate ever filed his own income tax?

Has this candidate ever been on the verge of bankruptcy?

Has this candidate ever juggled finances to make ends meet?

Representative Government is all about people just like you being elected by you!!! And the people you elect do not forget about YOU when they get to Washington!!

Representative Government is NOT:

Electing people who have never been where you are economically, socially or ideologically. Representative Government is not about electing aristocrats who forget about YOU when they get to Washington!!!

Charles Fowler believes...

...Our unalienable rights come directly from our Creator, not the government, but it is the responsibility of the government to insure that those rights are not violated.

...real campaign finance reform will come when we stop electing millionaires to the United States Senate [more].

...Tort Reform will come when we stop electing lawyers to public office.

...in and supports UN resolution 18, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights [read]. Tragically today there are millions on this planet who are imprisoned and executed for their religious beliefs. In countries like Iran, Burma, China, North Korea, Turkmenistan and Saudi Arabia citizens are denied their God given freedom of faith and worship. I believe we have a moral obligation to use every available tool, including diplomacy and economic pressure to help bring freedom of thought to these areas and cultures.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Charles Fowler will fight...

...for the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States "A copy is on my desk and will stay on my desk in the United States Senate where I will continue my fight for all Americans."

...for our Troops and War Heroes. We ask them to risk their lives in battle to protect our freedoms, so it is our God given responsibility to make sure that our veterans have excellence in health care, are given more than adequate benefits and retirement in order to enjoy a quality of life that their service to our country has merited. My goal in the Senate is to see that these rights are protected
