Info | Walter A. Reilly, 68, died on Friday, June 26, 2009, at Hospice by the Sea in Boca Raton, Fla.
Born Oct. 1, 1940, he was raised in Verona and served in the U.S. Marine Corps, stationed in Japan from 1960 to 1964. He later settled with his family in Ogdensburg, where he lived for 27 years before moving to Florida in 2003. Walter held various sales positions throughout his career and served his community by being a member of the First Aid Squad, police commissioner and town council member.
The son of the late Frank and Alice Reilly, he is survived by his wife, Donna Reilly, of Plantation; one son, Paul Reilly, of Ogdensburg; two daughters, Kelly Vogel, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Deana Reilly, of Plantation; and five grandchildren.
