InfoMary was born and raised in Long Beach, California in 1959. Mary's family has served in the military dating all the way back to the Civil War. Her father served in the Army for 23 years, he was a POW for 3 ½ years in World War II in the Bataan Death March.

Mary was appointed to County Supervisor July 15, 2019. Before being appointed to the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors, Mary has worked in customer service and assisted the public for approximately 40 years. Mary Mallory served on the Prescott Valley Town Council from March 2011 to July 2019. In 2016, Mary became a licensed Realtor.

Additionally, Mary has served on numerous boards including Northern AZ Consumer Advancing Recovery and Empowerment, Central Yavapai Metropolitan Planning Organization, Arizona State Council for the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision, and Women’s Council of Realtors. Mary is a member of the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce, Republican Women of Prescott, Prescott Area Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.

Mary and her husband Kirk have been married for 26 years and have lived in Prescott Valley for 20 years. They have four sons and nine grandchildren. They have two sons that joined the Army after the 9/11 attacks, one has recently retired from the Army the other is still serving. Their other two sons live and work in San Diego, Ca. Mary and Kirk love to travel by train, ride mountain bikes, and hike. They enjoy an involved and active lifestyle in their community. Mary was instrumental in creating the Prescott Valley Healing Field of Northern Arizona, a tribute of 3,000 U.S. flags displayed annually in memory of those lost on 9/11.
