InfoI am the proud son of Puerto Rican migrants, a brother, a husband, an architectural designer, and an unapologetic advocate for our community. I am running to represent Aurora’s fourth ward because I believe our city government should put the needs of its working families above those of special interests.

I have a vision of an Aurora for all: a city with safe, well-maintained roads, thriving public spaces, and a healthy environment. A city where our local businesses aren’t burdened with high rental prices for their storefronts, where all of our working families have dignified and affordable homes, and where all our seniors can live out their retirement in comfort with financial security. A city where we welcome growth without displacing our existing neighbors and businesses and support our local economy instead of handing out incentives to already wealthy businesses. I believe we can make this vision a reality if we make the health, opportunity, and well-being of our residents priority one.

With over a decade of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, experience collaborating with candidates and elected officials as a policy adviser on issues such as campaign finance reform, electoral reform, housing, land use, and zoning, my service on the Arapahoe County Citizen’s Budget Committee, and my leadership within citizen-led advocacy organizations such as Aurora Residents for Transparency and Transformation and Colorado People’s Action, I believe I am an excellent choice to be your next city council member for Ward IV. I hope that you’ll join our team and help us build an Aurora for all.
