Joyce has been involved in the Wildwood Community reaching as far back as the mid-eighties creating craft shows and Seafarer’s Weekend as a board member on the Wildwood Crest Tourism Board. Since her tenure on the tourism board, Joyce has sat in several political chairs for Wildwood Crest. Joyce served as Mayor from 1989 to 1993, Commissioner of the Department of Public Works from 1993 to 2001, and presently she is the Commissioner of Revenue and Finance of Wildwood Crest.
