(Suffolk University Law School, 1969) rejoined FCSMC&C in 2001. Mr. D'Amato is one of the founders of the firm, with wide ranging experience in health care, land use and environmental law.

A member of the New York State Bar Association for over 30 years, Mr. D'Amato was also a member of the New York State Assembly, representing the south shore of the Town of Hempstead from 1973-1987.

He has been a Board member for over 20 years at the Little Village School for Developmentally Disabled Children, and presently serves as the ViceChairman of the Deafness Research Foundation, which is active in researching a cure for deafness. Mr. D'Amato is a Board member and officer of the Huntington YMCA and President of the Fort Hill Beach and Road Association.
