| Info | Commissioner Hamm is a Bay County native born in 1964. He graduated from A Crawford Mosley High School in 1982. He went on to attend Gulf Coast State College and graduate with a Bachelors in Economics from Florida State University in 1986.
Commissioner Hamm is a licensed contractor and has owned and operated his construction company since 2004.
Commissioner Hamm has served as a board member of the Childrens Advocacy Center for 3 years. He also serves on the board of the ASAP Capital Campaign. He previously served on the Bay Soil and Water District for 10 years.
