| Info | Debbie Bell is the first woman elected to the Fremont County Board of County Commissioners. Commissioner Bell has a background in journalism and a 30-year history of volunteerism with local groups. She currently serves as a board member of Fremont Economic Development Corp., St. Thomas More Hospital, Action 22, and Upper Arkansas Workforce Board. She serves as the Local Elected Officials Chair of the Colorado Rural Workforce Consortium. She also is a member of Cañon City Noon Lions, Florence Rotary, and all three local Chambers of Commerce. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University at Pueblo, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
