Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Collins clerked for Judge Dorothy W. Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and he later clerked for Justice Antonin Scalia on the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Collins received his A.B. from Harvard College,summa cum laude, and his J.D., with distinction, from Stanford University, where he served on the Stanford Law Review.
