| Info | As the oldest of 9, Will grew up in the southwest North Dakota town of New England where he helped on his family farm. After graduating and working at NDSU, Will started a software development company in Fargo. Eventually he and his family moved to Mandan.
In the last ten years Will has been a business partner at First Court, leading the business through a period of major growth in software technology. His company has quietly become the most innovative jury research and online mediation company in the nation. First Court works with the industry’s top law firms, fortune 500 companies and high profile clients involved in high stakes litigation across the US.
Will is a also a Realtor and a member of the Bismarck / Mandan Board of Realtors. His wife Laura, also a Realtor, has served as school board president and a board member for a crisis pregnancy center. Together they have seven children and are active in their church.
Service has always been in Will's family blood with brothers in the merchant marine and naval academy as well as religious vocations. Will has served as president of youth and adult soccer clubs as well as a high school referee, coach, and grand knight in the Knights of Columbus. In addition to being a frequent delegate and a volunteer, in the last few years, Will has served as the chairman of District 34 in Mandan.
