| Info | Laliberte and her husband have deep roots in our community as her family has resided in Roseville for more than 40 years. A marketing and communications professional in the healthcare industry, Laliberte earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism/public relations from the University of St. Thomas, where she also took business marketing courses. In addition to her duties with the City and local volunteer roles, she is on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Humanities Center and previously served two years as the non-profit’s Vice Chair, followed by two years as the Board Chair.
