| Info | Representative David Evans, a Republican, represents Howell County (District 154) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2018.
In addition to his legislative duties, Evans manages property in his hometown of West Plains. He served as a judge from 1990 – 2018 after obtaining his undergraduate degrees and Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Evans is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, First United Methodist Church and serves as a Boy Scout leader. He has been a lifelong child and family advocate.
