Fine; reelected to the Eighty-fifth and to the three succeeding Congresses and served from February 7, 1956, to January 3, 1965; unsuccessful candidate in 1964 to the Eighty-ninth Congress; delegate, Democratic National Conventions, 1956, 1960, and 1968; resided in Southampton, N.Y. until his death there on December 16, 1981; interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
