David was born and raised in Las Vegas. Brought up in a middle-class household, he was raised by a single father working in the construction industry. After high school, the economy tanked, jobs disappeared and, to a graduate with no work experience, were essentially non-existent. David learned young that if he wanted to succeed in life, he needed dedication and a strong work ethic.
Military refined.
From 2009 through 2013, David served our country in the United States Army's Judge Advocate General's Corps as a paralegal. Assigned to the decorated XVIII Airborne Corps at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, David assisted with the successful prosecution of a high-profile capital murder case where the convicted is now one of only six condemned on the military’s death row, he worked with thousands of service members and their families on family law and estate planning issues, and he provided legal support to our fighting forces.
Family focused.
After the Army, David moved back to Las Vegas, settling in to a Mountain's Edge home with his wife, Julie, and three beautiful daughters. To David, family is the backbone of community; this is why it was important to raise his children in a great neighborhood with high-ranking schools and low crime. He is active with his daughters as a Girl Scout Dad and as the Vice President of their school's PTSO.
David continued his post-military career fighting for families with The Abrams & Mayo Law Firm. He's excelled in his profession, earning Advanced Certified Paralegal credentials in two distinct areas of family law. David owns a small business that developed a co-parenting communi
