Info | Warren Davidson is a leader. Warren leads with genuine love for others, a keen intellect, and a soldier’s passion for preserving freedom. With Congress failing and characterized by broken promises, Warren Davidson is ready to use his education, military experience, business success and passion for justice to work for the people of the 8th District.
Warren was born and raised in Ohio’s 8th District. After high school, he enlisted in the Army. While serving in Germany, he witnessed the fall of the Berlin Wall. He excelled as a soldier compelling his commanders to recognize his work ethic and leadership potential. This earned Warren an appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point.
One week before starting West Point, Warren met his wife, Lisa, who was a summer missionary setting up Backyard Bible Clubs for small churches across Western Ohio. An instant connection led to a long distance relationship with lots of letters and phone calls between West Point and her home in St. Louis. After Warren’s sophomore year, the two were engaged; one month after graduation, they were married.
At West Point, Warren distinguished himself by finishing in the top ten percent of his class. Beyond academic excellence as an American History major and Mechanical Engineering minor, Warren exercised both faith and leadership in roles ranging from athletics to club activities. He and a handful of others were handpicked for short-term study in Israel.
On active duty, Warren’s reputation as an Army officer was stellar, earning him positions in distinguished units: The Old Guard, The 75th Ranger Regiment, and the 101st Airborne Division. As an Army Ranger, Warren is proud to have served with our nation’s most elite soldiers.
In 2000, Warren returned to his Ohio roots to help his father transform the family manufacturing business. As part of that reshaping, Warren started another business and earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, graduating with honors.
Hard work, love for people, and commitment to excellence have been the foundations for Warren’s business successes. Since taking the reins of an organization in need of transformation, Warren and his team have skillfully built cultures of excellence, growing from one shop with 20 employees to multiple companies with 200 employees in our district.
Warren and Lisa recently celebrated 20 years of marriage; they are incredibly proud of their two teenage children. He is active in the community, having served as a township trustee, a deacon and in several charitable organizations. Warren is Chairman of the Dayton Region Manufacturers Association, where the focus is on promoting careers in manufacturing and advancing the industry.
Time and again, those who know him have seen firsthand how Warren Davidson leads. Whether growing companies, serving in the Army, or raising a family, he is persistent, focused, data-driven and compassionate. When Warren Davidson reports for duty, he gets to work making things better than he found them. We need this sort of principled leadership in Washington and in the Republican Party. Warren champions conservative Republican values with integrity, a thoughtful, well-developed intellect, and a sincere Christian faith.
Someone said, “The best way to share an idea is to send a person.” If the status quo frustrates you, not just in Washington, but within the Republican Party, send Warren Davidson to Congress. He will fight for you!
