| Info | Adam Veilleux was born and raised in St‑Georges‑de‑Beauce. The son of a successful entrepreneur well known in the region, Adam has been immersed in business since he was very young. For nearly five years, he worked for the Komutel company, where he held various positions ranging from technician to customer service manager. That job gave him an opportunity to travel across Canada and to several other countries. In 2010, he decided to move to China for nearly two years, where he worked as a consultant and familiarized himself with international trade. Because of his many trips, he is now able to converse in English, Spanish and Mandarin. Adam eventually chose to move home to Beauce, where he can now share his experience and knowledge with people from his region. He is currently the President of Placements Veilleux Inc., a prosperous commercial property and asset management company.
In the community, Adam is a member of the St‑Georges Chamber of Commerce and has been involved in fundraising for Maison Catherine de Longpré, a non‑profit organization that provides palliative care to those nearing the end of their lives. He has also been a volunteer for the Liberal Party of Canada during several elections.
