InfoDan is a Concord attorney who for the past 8 years worked for New Hampshire Legal Assistance advocating for low to middle income persons and families in Court and in the Legislature, including in employment security, affordable housing, energy efficiency, consumer/utility law and veterans issues. Dan has a history of working with members of both political parties to get things done. He has provided community service including on the StayWarm NH project, to Habitat for Humanity, and on the City of Concord Board of Ethics.

In 2013, Dan received the NH Bar Foundation’s prestigious Robert E. Kirby award which is presented to “New Hampshire attorneys 35 or younger who exhibit exceptional skill, civility and professionalism.” Dan has a law degree from the University of Iowa, and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University, focusing on economics and energy regulation.

Dan and his wife Erin, also an attorney, live in the South End of Concord with their dogs Franklin and Roosevelt (a.k.a Rosie). Erin and Dan grew up in working class families. Dan’s dad worked at the same furniture factory his entire adult life. Dan’s mom worked part-time jobs while raising four kids. Their parents worked hard to provide them opportunities to live a great life. If given the opportunity to be your State Senator, Dan will work tirelessly every single day for every citizen in every part of this district.
