He received his BS degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, MBA degree from Governors State University at University Park, Illinois and Doctor of Practical Theology degree from Masters Graduate School of Divinity in Evansville, Indiana.
He is a lifelong resident of the Chicago southwest suburb for more than twenty years. A businessman and past President of Pixel Information Technology Corporation a premier information technology company located in Markham, Illinois for fifteen years.
He is the author of the book “Unequal Opportunity by Victor Jonathan” available on Amazon.com, BarnesAndNoble.com and Xlibris.com which suggests practical solutions to business and employment inequalities in the United States.
Dr. Victor Jonathan is also the President of the Organization for Business Equality, and the Architect of Bring Our Jobs Back Rally which he led in Chicago in front of the State of Illinois building in downtown Chicago in June of 2010. He believes that the multi-billion dollar corporations outsourcing of American jobs overseas should stop. They should transfer those jobs to the inner cities where unemployment is as high as fifteen percent in some cases otherwise the government should impose a penalty on outsourced jobs that are not matched by American goods sale in the outsourced country.
As a business man and the President/CEO of Pixel Information Technology Corporation he saw the flaws in the government programs such as women and minority contracting not working for most black and minority businesses. He will propose legislative accountability that programs that are meant to benefit women and minorities actual benefit them. He will make sure that employment discrimination laws are enforced.
