| Info | I am a 43 year old barber from the Temecula/ Murrieta area in Southern California. I have been married to the same wonderful woman for 23 years. I have three children: Brittny age 20, Jimmy age 18 and Brooke age 16.
I have been a barber for 26 years and have owned my own business for 20 years. I have a very good understanding of revenues and expenditures; something most politicians do not have!
As a barber, I have heard every problem and every solution to the ills of this state and country. If any one person could echo the voices of the people of California, it would be me! I do not claim to have all the answers, but I do have the common sense to know when something is going to be good or bad for my family.
You might be saying to yourself why don't I run for a lower office first? I feel that by the time a politician runs for this level of government, he/she has made so many promises to their contributors to their campaign, that they no long serve "we the people" but they who paid for them to attain that office.
I believe in electing a person who has a real understanding of the plight of the small businessman, the plight of seniors who have seen their retirement money disappear through corporate greed, the single parents who find it harder and harder to make ends meet, or the person whose healthcare coverage doesn't cover a life saving procedure.
I promise you this... if by some miracle I am elected to this office, I will not serve more than 2 terms, and I will only spend half as much on the re-election bid. If I am doing the job you sent me to do, I shouldn't have to spend more than that! I will then seek out and help someone to replace me.
