InfoTodd Smith has lived in Quinte for the past nineteen years.

He attended Loyalist College and the University of New Brunswick studying Radio Broadcasting and Physical Education. Todd is a hardworking member of his community; he has been the News Director for Quinte Broadcasting since 2006 and has been employed with the station since 1993. It is through his work with various charities and in time volunteered at numerous charitable functions over the years that Todd has nurtured his sense of service and dedication to his community.

Along with being a respected news voice within the region, Todd is recognized as a committed community volunteer who has worked for 15 years with the ALS Society for Quinte and is active with Quinte’ s Operation Rednose. Todd has served on the Loyalist College Advisory Board and he helped countless charities and organizations over the years. He encourages the children of our community to embrace activity and a physical lifestyle by coaching Rep Hockey in Belleville and by sharing his skills and passion for sport.

Todd and his wife Tawnya, are parents to two daughters - Payton (age 10) and Reagan (age 8). With the support of his family Todd’s top priorities if elected as MPP will be to bring back effective representation for our region, return fiscal accountability to Queen’s Park, and to help local citizens be heard at Queen’s park and get the assistance they need from their provincial government.
