| Info | I am a life-long resident of Lehigh County. Born on March 22, 1964 in Allentown, I am the daughter and fourth child of Gus and Edna Economy. My sister, two brothers and I all completed our primary education in the Parkland School District. We were raised knowing the importance of education, church, family and community. Throughout my childhood, I saw my parents’ energy and active commitment to the Lehigh County community. Observing this example, I decided that no matter where my education and schooling took me in life, I was coming back to the Lehigh County community to serve the people.
After graduating from Parkland High School in 1982, I continued my education at Muhlenberg College. As a Dean’s List graduate of Muhlenberg in 1986, I was admitted to law school and earned my Juris Doctorate Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1989. I was admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in November 1989.
During the pursuit of my legal education, I met Keith Pavlack while attending law school. We were married in May 1991 and chose to start our life together in Allentown. We are raising our two wonderful children, Anastasia (17) and Constantine (12), in Lehigh County where they both attend schools in the Parkland School District.
My legal career started with a two year clerkship to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania working for the Honorable Donald E. Wieand. At the completion of my clerkship, I joined the firm of Mondschein Associates from September 1991 to December 1995. In January 1996, I joined my husband, Keith Pavlack in the practice of law at our firm, Pavlack Law Offices, P.C. While working in private practice, I also served as the Judicial Review Officer for the Honorable Lawrence J. Brenner from 2000 to 2007.
My qualifications as an attorney include twenty-two years of working with clients and other attorneys, resolving cases whenever possible and litigating trials in Court. I have always zealously represented my clients. I typically work long hours in preparation for cases, meetings and trials. My day has never started or ended with a ‘nine to five’ routine.
I have attended Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church since my birth. Our family still attends Saint Nicholas, where I have served as a council-person, the church treasurer, Sunday School teacher and youth group advisor. I have also served on various Church committees. You may have met me serving moussaka at the two yearly Greek Festivals for the Church.
I reside in North Whitehall Township with my husband and children. I enjoy spending time with my family and being involved in my children’s racing at Keystone State Quarter Midget Race Club. My favorite hobbies have always been cooking and baking.
