|Info||Norman A. "Norm" Hill |
Resident of Grayslake, Illinois. Not to be confused with Our Normie.
Norm Hill has been married for the last 28 years to Dee Ann - 9 children between the two of them.
The great love of our country started when he was a teenager, serving in Germany on occupation duty. Norm realized really quickly what a great nation we have in the United States.
When you see what happens to a war-torn country up front, by serving in the midst of it, it really is frightening to think that it could be the United States. A turning point for him was experiencing adults selling their spouses and children for a cigarette or a candy bar. Norm made himself a promise that he would do everything that he could do, physically and mentally, to keep the enemy out of our country.
Norm served 23 years on active duty in the United States Army, in countries such as Germany, Korea and Viet Nam. After retiring, he spent some time as a self-employed entrepreneur before becoming affiliated with the insurance and financial industry - most notably, Metropolitan Life.
Norm started in politics soon after retirement from the military, trying to get the right person elected in order to protect our country. Much success was achieved in endorsing and electing candidates to public office at the Federal level and in several key states, such as Illinois, Mississippi, and Georgia. The most recent endeavor was aiding, Haley Barbour, the newly elected Governor of the State of Mississippi. Norm was a duly elected precinct committeeman in DuPage and Lake Counties for almost twenty years.
