Gen. Henry Lee; elected as a Whig to the Twenty-fourth Congress to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Philemon Dickerson and served from December 5, 1836, to March 3, 1837; resumed the practice of law; died in Elizabeth, N.J., December 17, 1857; interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
