InfoMark Stewart has spent his life dedicated to serving his family, neighbors and communities all across Pennsylvania.

Mark, Sue and their daughter, Maisie, live in Harrisburg where they are active in the community and enjoy Central Pennsylvanias quality of life. Having grown up in Conyngham, Luzerne County, and later in Allentown, Lehigh County, Mark has experienced the great qualities of life in rural and suburban, Pennsylvania. Today, he and Sue enjoy living in the revitalized city of Harrisburg, with its strong sense of community, natural beauty of the Susquehanna and surrounding areas of Dauphin County and the convenient pace of life.

His dedication to public service began at Penn State University, where he served as President of student government for one of the largest universities in the United States. Representing over 30,000 students, Mark aggressively navigated his agenda through strong relationships he established with the universitys Board of Trustees, administration, the Pennsylvania General Assembly and local government officials.

After graduating with honors from Cornell Law School, Mark returned to public service at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. Under former Pennsylvania Attorney General Mike Fisher, Mark was named deputy attorney general in charge of the Bureau of Consumer Protection in Central Pennsylvania. Serving 13 counties, including Dauphin, Lebanon, Schuylkill and Perry counties, he led the fight against fraud and the charlatans attempting to rip off hard-working families and older Pennsylvanians. Earning national media attention for several high-profile cases, Mark helped thousands of consumers each year and led all offices across the state in enforcements, restitution and penalties. Mark also worked on several multi-state investigations and working groups for the National Association of Attorneys General including those involving the protection of our seniors, investment scams and energy deregulation.

While serving as deputy attorney general, Mark expanded his public service to include a five-year tenure on the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission. Mark chaired the licensure enforcement committee, adjudicated disciplinary actions against wayward licensees, and participated in setting policy for the real estate profession.
