| Info | Lance Levi is a fourth generation Arkansan who lives in Little Rock. Lance’s family has run successful businesses in Pine Bluff, Hot Springs and Little Rock for many years. In 2002, Lance started a real estate investment business with no prior experience and quickly built a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Lance has developed extensive relationships with local business owners, tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters), bankers, neighborhood associations, fellow realtors and local and state officials.
Through tireless effort and vision, Lance has transformed many once-condemned urban houses into affordable, energy efficient homes and played an active role in improving the quality of life in several Little Rock neighborhoods.
In addition to his realtor’s license, Lance holds degrees in both personnel management and accounting from the University of Arizona and is a member of the Little Rock Realtor’s Association. In 2009, Lance was actively involved in the Metal Theft Coalition, which passed legislation that strengthened prosecution of copper theft.
