| Info | Julio Robaina was born in the City of Hialeah and has been a resident of the northwestern Miami-Dade area for over thirty-five years. Julio graduated from Hialeah-Miami Lakes High School and attended the University of Miami, School of Business Administration. Councilman Robaina has been a member of the City Council of Hialeah since 1997, from that time forth Councilman Robaina has been chosen by his peers to serve as the Council�s President. He was the chairman of the City of Hialeah Charter Review Board, and is the council�s representative on the City�s Elected Officials Retirement Board. In November 2001, he was re-elected without opposition to serve another four years as councilman.
