Crow, and on the same day was elected for the term commencing March 4, 1923; reelected in 1928, and served from August 8, 1922, to January 3, 1935; unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1934; chairman, Committee on Expenditures in Executive Departments (Sixty-ninth Congress), Committee on Military Affairs (Seventieth through Seventy-second Congresses); resumed the practice of law in Pittsburgh, Pa.; died in Sarasota, Fla., February 10, 1953; interment in Arlington National Cemetery, Fort Myer, Va.
