Lassiter; reelected to the Sixty-second Congress and served from March 8, 1910, to March 3, 1913; unsuccessful candidate for renomination in 1912; resumed the practice of law in Lawrenceville; clerk of the circuit court of Brunswick County from 1916 until his death, January 22, 1920; interment in Lawrenceville Cemetery, Lawrenceville, Va.
